As a few people know my girlfriend is Scottish! So the time came to go and meet the relatives north of the border and have a little look around Scotland while we were there. The folks live in a little village called Kilmacolm, just outside of Glasgow. 

First days outing after the 7 1/2 hour drive was a relaxing scenic tour of the country side to a few lochs and villages. Everything is sooooo green! I know I don’t live in London and I see green everyday on the South Coast but this is on a new scale! 

Emma finally got to meet her nephew and see her niece after seeing her grow up on whatsapp video’s for the last 6 months. OMG he’s sooo cute!! We also got up to see her best mate Carolyn and Andy who live in a converted wool mill with a view of Stirling Castle, we also go to visit their amazing restaurant at Venachar Lochside. 

Well I’m not much of a typer (is that even a word!?) so I’ll let you enjoy the pics rather than the writing! All I can say is, I cannot wait to go back and visit more places!
